Kranem filed for Chapter 11 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of California, case number 13-56118. The Company, which provides advanced software solutions that enhance business and operational performance and address security threats, is represented by Kathryn S. Diemer of Diemer, Whitman & Cardosi. The U.S. Trustee assigned to the bankruptcy case scheduled a December 18, 2013 341-Meeting of Creditors, and the final date by which interested parties must file proofs of claim against the Company is March 18, 2014.

George notes, "We see additional upside for the stock in 2018 as management's efforts continue to bear fruit, though the gains will likely be more muted than we saw in 2017."
