Biomoda Chapter 11 Petition Filed

Biomoda filed for Chapter 11 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Mexico, case number 13-13768. The Company, which offers in-vitro diagnostic services, is represented by Deron B. Knoner of Keleher & McLeod. According to documents filed with the SEC, “The Company is continuing in possession of its property and is managing its business as debtor in possession, pursuant to sections 1107 and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. No trustee, examiner or statutory committee has been appointed in this chapter 11 case as of the date hereof.”

This Forbes write-up follows up on the recent Top Stock Tips report--naming The Turnaround Letter's Crocs recommendation the top performer of 2017: With 90% gains, CROX beat out 100 other investment ideas included in the report; and the stock continues to have value investing appeal, according to Putnam.

 

George notes, "We see additional upside for the stock in 2018 as management's efforts continue to bear fruit, though the gains will likely be more muted than we saw in 2017."
