TranSwitch Chapter 7 Petition Filed

TranSwitch filed for Chapter 7 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Connecticut, case number 13-51829. The Company, which designs, develops and supplies integrated circuit and intellectual property solutions that provide functionality for voice, data and video communications equipment, is represented by Stephen B. Selbst of Herrick, Feinstein. The Court will appoint a Chapter 7 trustee that will assume control of the Company. All Company assets will be liquidated in accordance with the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

This Forbes write-up follows up on the recent Top Stock Tips report--naming The Turnaround Letter's Crocs recommendation the top performer of 2017: With 90% gains, CROX beat out 100 other investment ideas included in the report; and the stock continues to have value investing appeal, according to Putnam.
