Prologic Management Systems filed for Chapter 11 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona, case number 13-12682. The Company, which does not currently have significant operations but previously provided systems integration services, technology products and related services, is represented by Eric S. Sparksof Eric Slocum Sparks. A previous Chapter 11 filing by Prologic Management Systems was dismissed in February 2004, less than two weeks after the petition was filed.
