The U.S. District Court sentenced Gregory J. Podluck, former chief executive officer for Le-Nature's, to 20 years in prison for his role in fraud, tax evasion and money-laundering related to the Company’s 2006 collapse, November 3, 2006 Chapter 11 filing and subsequent liquidation.
